Cardio + Arms + Chest

This will be SUPER short! It’s been a LONNNNGGG day and I’m heading to bed!

Today was productive though. I did strength training for my arms, shoulders, and back plus 50 minute Spinning class.

Ate well today. I went a little crazy at dinner time because we made Mexican food (my fave!), but overall, still a good day!
