Off To A Good Start

I mentioned in my last blog, that I’m getting back on the path to lose weight, in hopes of losing the 40 lbs I’ve packed on  since my first year of college in ’03. So, I’m ready to get this weight off (and for good!). HERE’S DAY ONE . . .

Workout: 30 minutes on elliptical + 2 Leg Machine workouts
