Breakfast: Apple & Almonds

Lunch/Dinner: Taco Salad

  • Raw Corn on the Cob

  • Chopped off corn & placed in hot (not boiling) water to warm and soften

  • Mixed Corn with Salsa, Avocado, Chopped Cilantro and Mixed Greens
